Ontario Police have arrested a man wanted for a homicide that occurred last night in the City of Ontario, CA.

On January 18, 2021 at approximately 7:30 PM, Ontario Police responded to the 300 block of West California Street for a call of a possible shooting. The suspect, Gene Brown, a 32-year-old Pomona resident, was involved in an altercation with the victim in front of a residence. During the altercation, Brown shot the victim multiple times and fled the scene prior to police arrival.

The City of Ontario is pleased to announce the next citywide yard (garage) sale weekend is Friday, November 6, 2020, through Sunday, November 8, 2020. If rainy conditions exist on that Friday or Saturday, an alternate yard sale may be held on November 13, 14 and 15, 2020.

On Saturday, December 14, 2019, at approximately 2:37 AM, Ontario Police Dispatch received a 911 call from a male who stated he was bleeding and in need of medical attention at his home, in the 1300 block of East F St. He also told Dispatch, his wife and two children were at the residence, and that she was bleeding as well.
