Ontario, CA – Ontario Police are investigating a shooting that led to the death of a 21-year-old man and 19-year-old man, in the 3400 block of East Fourth Street, in the City of Ontario.
Police were called to the scene of the shooting Monday night at 11:32 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered two males unresponsive with apparent gunshot wounds. The males succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Ontario Fire Department.
Police later discovered a 22-year-old man was transported to a local hospital for gunshot wounds. The male’s injuries appear to be a result from the shooting that occurred earlier. Police also contacted a 21-year-old man believed to be involved in the shooting at the hospital and he was detained for questioning.
The deceased male’s identities will not be released until notification from the San Bernardino County Coroner’s office is complete.
The Ontario Police Department has determined that there are no are no outstanding suspects or people of interest at this time. The motive for this shooting is still under investigation.
